Return Policy



Damages/Shortages:
Contact Bi-Lo within 48 hours from the receipt of the order to report any shortages/damages. Customer service will issue pick-up and full credit for items damaged on delivery.

Incorrect Shipment:
For merchandise that is incorrectly shipped, we will issue a return authorization form giving full credit.


All Other Returns:
Bi-Lo will only accept returns authorized, written, boxed and sealed.
All items must be in a salable condition.
Bi-Lo will not issue credit for any items that are old, discolored, discontinued, damaged or price stickered.
All items on return form must be listed individually with proper item numbers.
All cancelled orders after they have been processed will be subject to a 40% handling fee.

Charges:
Products that Bi-Lo does accept for return, other than damaged on delivery and incorrect shipments, will be credited at the original value less 40% handling charge.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, unless it was a Bi-Lo packing error.
